For an AliExpress order to Angola, the first useful tax question is whether the Cabinda import rate applies. Angola’s standard VAT rate and the rate for imports of goods in Cabinda Province are different, so establish which rule applies before estimating the full landed cost.

First resolve whether the Cabinda VAT rate applies

Build the Angola order around the real shipment
